Ingredients

2 slices wholegrain bread*

2 tbsp cream cheese low fat

0.25 cucumber

1 celery stalk

15 g lettuce

pinch black pepper

Directions

1. Spread both slices of bread with the cheese.
2. Chop all the vegetables.
3. Pat the salad dry and use to fill the sandwich, sprinkling with pepper or paprika if using.
