Ingredients

2 turkey burgers

1 wholemeal bap*

30 g mixed leaves

8 cherry tomatoes

5 slices cucumber

0.5 bell pepper

0.5 red onion

2 sweet potatoes

1 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Peel and cut potato into thin and long strips.
3. In a large bowl toss them roughly in olive oil with paprika.
4. Lay the chips on a roasting dish and cook for 20 – 25 mins tossing every 5 minutes.
5. Grill turkey burgers for 5 mins each side until cooked through.
6. Serve with bap, side salad (mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onion) and sweet potato chips.
