Ingredients
3 tbsp greek style 0% vanilla yogurt
1 rice cake
simple fruit salad:
5 strawberries
8 seedless red grapes
8 seedless white grapes
1 mandarins
Directions
1. Wash and drain the strawberries and grapes.
2. Pull the stalks from the strawberries and grapes and half each one with a knife.
3. Peel the mandarins and separate.
4. Place all the fruit in a bowl and mix together.
5. Serve with yogurt & rice cake.
