Ingredients
50 g oats*
140 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
25 g whey protein vanilla
0.5 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
10 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
10 g salted peanuts
Directions
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a sealable container, reserving a small amount of grated chocolate for the topping.
2. Mix well. Seal the container and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
3. Mix well and add more milk if required, to achieve desired consistency.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the peanuts and remaining dark chocolate.
