Avocado on Toast

Avocado on Toast

Consider this as a healthy breakfast.  Also can be a great snack or after workout option.

Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado
  • ½ lemon/lime juice
  • Sprinkle of chilli flakes
  • 1 medium slice of soda bread*

Use gluten-free if required*

Directions:

  1. Mash avocado and add lemon /lime juice.
  2. Sprinkle with chilli flakes
  3. Toast bread and top with the avocado.
