Smoky Cacao Lentil Chilli

Ingredients
1 onion
1 green chilli
1 red chilli
3 grated carrot
1 red pepper chopped
200 g mushrooms
70 g bulgur
95 g green lentils
1 can can chopped tomatoes
1 can black eyed beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can chilli batchelors beans
0.5 bag spinach
4 garlic cloves
30 g almonds roasted and chopped
30 g pumpkin& sunflower seed mix
2 tsp hemp oil
2 tsp rapeseed oil
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tsp cumin
15 g cocoa powder
1.5 cup water
Directions
*roast almonds on preheated oven 180 for 10mins
*toast seeds on preheated oven 180 for 5mins
1.Heat oil over medium heat in deep pan
2.Add chopped onion & chopped chilli (deseeded) to pan and fry for 3-4mins
3.Add grated carrots, chopped pepper & chopped mushrooms, fry for 3 mins
4.Add crushed garlic, 1 min
5.Coat all in spice mix and stir, 1 min
6.Add lentils, bulgur, beans, tomatoes, cacao & water
7.Bring to boil and leave on low heat for 20-25 mins
8.Stir in seeds, nuts & spinach
