Avocado on Toast
Consider this as a healthy breakfast. Also can be a great snack or after workout option.
Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- ½ lemon/lime juice
- Sprinkle of chilli flakes
- 1 medium slice of soda bread*
Use gluten-free if required*
Directions:
- Mash avocado and add lemon /lime juice.
- Sprinkle with chilli flakes
- Toast bread and top with the avocado.
