Frozen Fruit Smoothie

A smoothie is a great alternative to calorie-laden ice creams on a hot day or try it for breakfast in the morning instead of your traditional porridge.   Just remove the protein powder if you want to make it for your kids.

Frozen Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana
75g frozen strawberries
2 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt
10 cashew nuts
25g oats*
100ml full-fat milk
20g whey protein

Directions:

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth.
