Did you know you can save calories on Shape My Plan for a special occasion

Saving calories for a special occasion or for the weekend is easy with Shape My Plan.

If your goal is to lose weight you are already in a calorie deficit so you should only reduce your calories by no more than 100 to 150 calories a day.

1. Go to ‘My Profile’
2. Scroll down to ‘Customise My Calories’
3. Tick the box
4. Input the calories you want to consume daily.  If your daily intake should be 1200 change it to 1100.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page & click ‘Update Profile’
6. Don’t forget to change back after the occasion.
