Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be suitable for lactose intolerance*

Use allergy free-range if required*


40 g oats*

1 tsp sweetner

1 whole egg

2 tbsp greek style 0% vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla essence

100 g raspberries


1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas mark 6).
2. Mix the porridge, sweetener, egg, yoghurt, vanilla essence and raspberries in a bowl and stir well.
3. Transfer the mixture to a small oven-proof dish and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until browned.
