Banana and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable uption for lactose intolerance*

Use gluten free if required*


90 g oats*

1 medium banana

3 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*

30 g whey protein any flavour

30 g mixed nuts

5 blueberries

5 raspberries


1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Add the banana to the yogurt, almond milk and protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the oats, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
4. When ready to eat, top with the nuts, blueberries and raspberries.
