Ingredients

1 poppyseed bagel

25 g violife cream cheese

120 g baked beans

6 g nutritional yeast

2 Cailiflower hash browns

Directions

1. Preheat oven and cook hash browns according to packet instructions
2. Heat beans in microwave for 60-90 secs and add in nutritional yeast when heated through
3. Toast bagel, spread cream cheese
4. Serve with beans and hash browns
