Ingredients

2 bacon rashers

1 handful lettuce

5 cherry tomatoes

6 slices cucumber

1 scallions

0.5 avocado

Directions

1. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking (3 mins per side).
2. Prepare chopped tomatoes, cucumber and scallion and lettuce in a bowl.
3. Cut cooked rashers into pieces and mix into bowl of salad.
