2 chicken fillet

2 garlic cloves

2 cm ginger

70 g green beans

4 tbsp black bean sauce

130 g brown rice


1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a wok.
2. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a few mins.
3. Add diced chicken and cook through (approx 10 mins). Add the beans trimmed and blanched and stir-fry for a minute more.
4. Stir in the black bean sauce and add a splash of water, moving everything around the wok so it is evenly coated.
5. Cook for another minute or two.
6. Cook rice as per pack instructions.
7. Serve with rice.
