Ingredients
4 chicken fillet
80 g edam cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
2 onion
2 garlic cloves
400 g can chopped tomatoes
1 vegetable stock cube* kallo organic
1.5 tsp dried oregano
Directions
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil
- Add the tin of tomatoes
- Place chicken breast’s in an ovenproof dish
- Pour sauce over the chicken
- Bake in the oven for approx 20 to 25 mins
- Last 10 mins sprinkle on grated cheese and return to oven
