2 slices deli style chicken
1 whole egg
1 handful lettuce
1 tomatoes
8 slices cucumber
2 slices red onion
1 sprinkle balsamic vinegar
1 slices soda bread*
1 tsp butter*
Directions
1. Boil the eggs and allow to cool.
2. Prepare the salad in a bowl or lunchbox.
3. Slice the chicken into pieces along with the egg and add to the salad.
4. Serve with 1 slice of buttered soda bread.
