Club in a Bowl, Brown Bread followed by Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients
1 chicken fillet
2 bacon rashers
1 whole egg
1 handful lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes
6 slices cucumber
1 scallions
1 slices soda bread*
1 tsp butter*
5 strawberries
8 red seedless grapes
8 white seedless grapes
1 mandarins
Directions
1. Bake chicken in the oven for about 20 mins ensure it is cooked through
2. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking.
3. Boil egg for 8-10 mins – allow to cool. Peel and cut into pieces.
4. Prepare salad in a bowl.
5. Mix egg with salad.
6. Cut cooked rashers and chicken into pieces and mix into a bowl of salad.
7. Serve with brown bread.
8. Follow with fruit salad.
