Greek yogurt is low in lactose so can be a suitable option for lactose intolerance
Ingredients
1 chicken fillet
2 bacon rashers
1 handful lettuce
5 cherry tomatoes
6 slices cucumber
1 scallions
3 tbsp greek style 0% natural yogurt*
5 strawberries
8 red seedless grapes
8 white seedless grapes
1 mandarins
Directions
1. Bake chicken in oven for about 20 mins ensure it is cooked through
2. Cook rashers under the grill to your liking.
3. Prepare salad in a bowl.
4. Cut cooked rashers and chicken into pieces and mix into a bowl of salad.
5. Enjoy a small pot of yogurt (125g) & fruit after.
