Ingredients

3 slices wholegrain bread*

2 slices turkey deli style

3 tbsp hummus ready-made

1 avocado

1 handful mixed leaves

10 cherry tomatoes

250 ml full fat milk (we recommend Avonmore protein milk)

Directions

1. Toast the bread and spread hummus evenly over one side of each slice. On one slice of bread, lay half the avocado, rocket, turkey and tomato. Season with pepper, then cover with another slice.
2. Put the rest of the avocado, rocket and tomato on and season again.
3. Top with the third slice and serve with glass of milk.
