1 banana

0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

pinch ground cloves

30 g whey protein

250 ml almond milk

5 ice cubes

Directions

1. Peel and roughly chop the banana.
2. Blitz all ingredients in a blender and sprinkle with cinnamon.
