Ingredients

1 wholemeal wrap*

1 tbsp cream cheese low fat

2 slices deli style ham

3 cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Spread the cream cheese all over the wrap.
2. Place the ham in the middle of the wrap.
3. Put the chopped tomatoes on top of the ham.
4. Roll the wrap.

Note:
Cut in half and wrap in tinfoil for on the go lunch
