Ingredients

1 Multiseed Fitzgerald's bagel

0.5 avocado

8 Baby plum tomatoes

1 tsp rapeseed oil

1 tsp olive oil

1 pinch Pink Himalayan

1 pinch black pepper

Directions

1.Preheat fan oven to 200 degrees
2.Place tomatoes on a baking tray in 1 tsp of oil
3. Cook for 10 mins
4. Toast bagel
5.Mash avocado and add pinch salt & pepper
6. Using a fork mash avo on bagel and pop tomatoes on top


Serve and Enjoy.
