Plant Chef Fillet with Veg

The cooking time for the fillet leaves it very crunchy-
leave in for less time if preferable
Ingredients
1 Plant Chef Fillet
200 g potato
77 g carrots
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
80 g Broccoli
14 g vegan aioli
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 200 degrees fan oven/non fan 180 and stick a baking tray in ti heat up for chips
2. Cut potatoes in half and then half again until happy with size of chips
3. Cut carrots into sticks
4. Rinse potatoes and cover in sauepan with cold water and add pinch of salt
5. Turn on high and wait for water to boil, boil chips for 4 mins and then rinse in cold water
6. Cook fillet according to packet instructions
7. Pour oil on hot baking tray and mix carrots and potatoes up in the oil and add pinch of salt and pepper
8. Cook for 20-30 mins turning once
9. cut broccoli up and steam for 4-5 mins
10. Serve all together
