Ingredients
1 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp peanut butter
50 g oats*
30 g coconut desiccated
10 g whey protein
Directions
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
2. Divide into eight equal portions and roll into balls between the palms of your hands.
3. Sprinkle some extra coconut in a shallow bowl and roll the balls in it. Chill until ready to eat.
4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
