Sirloin Steak & Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients
320 g sirloin steak
1 garlic cloves
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce*
2 spring onions
1 red chilli
0.5 tsp ginger
0.5 yellow bell pepper
0.5 red bell pepper
5 slices courgette
1 carrot
0.5 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Directions
1. Cut steak into strips (butcher will do this for you)
2. Dice onion, courgette, carrots & peppers. Crush garlic, grate ginger and slice & deseed red chilli.
3. Add garlic,1 tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil into a bowl and add steak. Ensure steak is covered with sauce and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the diced onions, chilli and grated ginger and cook for 20- 30 secs.
5. Add the marinated steak to the wok and stir fry for a 20 – 30 secs until lightly coloured.
6. Add the peppers, courgette and carrots. Continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are tender.
7. Add the rest of the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, combining all ingredients.
8. Serve and enjoy.
