Steak Tortillas

Ingredients
115 g sirloin steak
0.5 green bell pepper
0.5 red bell pepper
0.5 onion
1 wholemeal wrap*
0.5 tbsp chilli powder
0.5 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. Cut the steak into small strips.
2. Slice the peppers and onions into thin strips.
3. Fry the steak in the olive oil over medium heat to desired taste.
4. Add the chilli powder mix and vegetables.
5. Stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
6. Heat the tortillas in the oven -wrap in tin foil and heat for 15 minutes or microwave on a plate, cover with cling film and heat for 1 minute on full power.
7. Place the steak mix on top of the wrap, roll the tortilla around the filling to make a fajita.
