Sweet Chilli Chicken and Veg with Wholemeal Pasta

Ingredients
63 g wholemeal pasta*
1 chicken fillet
90 g broccoli florets
0.5 bell pepper
40 g snap peas
2 tbsp soy sauce*
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
0.5 garlic cloves
0.5 tsp corn-starch
1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C/gas mark 4).
2. Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, corn-starch and sesame seeds.
3. Spread chopped chicken and chopped veggies (broccoli, chopped peppers and snap peas) on a baking sheet. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and toss to combine.
4. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. In the meantime cook the pasta as per pack instructions and serve.
Note:
Make the night before and have cold the next day.
Great for batch cooking for the week ahead.
