Ingredients
226 g beef fillet steak (lean)
1 tomatoes
80 g green beans
50 g lettuce
0.5 carrot
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
0.5 tsp fish sauce
Directions
1. Grill steak to your desired taste, set aside.
2. Peel the carrot and using peeler shave carrot.
3. Blanch green beans and then rinse under cold water.
4. Combine carrots, tomato and beans in a bowl. Add beef to salad ingredients.
5. Combine dressing in small bowl and drizzle over salad and beef mix. Serve on lettuce cups.
Note:
Chicken can also be substituted for the beef if you prefer.
