Ingredients

2 bacon rashers

4 mushrooms

1 onion

1 tomatoes

1 whole egg

1 tsp olive oil

1 slices soda bread*

Directions

1. Grill the bacon
2. Meanwhile, use a non-stick pan with the olive oil and add the button mushrooms, onions and tomato. Fry until the mushrooms, tomato and onions are softened.
3. Crack the eggs into a separate non-stick pan and cook to your liking.
4. Serve with a slice of brown soda bread.
