Ingredients

45 g tuna tin

3 tbsp sweetcorn

1 whole egg

1 soda bread*

1 tsp butter*

Directions

1. Boil the egg for 7 to 10 mins, let it cool and peel back the shell, cut into pieces
1. Mix tuna and sweetcorn together and egg together.
2. Spread tuna and egg mix over the toasted bread.
