Muesli Yogurt Breakfast

Ingredients:

125g 0% fat greek yogurt*
½ tbsp chia seeds
95g unsweetened muesli
10 whole blueberries
1 medium banana, sliced
1 tsp honey

Use lactose-free if required*

Directions:

  1. Place yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Top with sliced banana and berries.
  3. Sprinkle with the muesli.
  4. Drizzle lightly with honey or pure maple syrup.
