Ingredients

0.5 tbsp peanut butter

1 banana

1 slice soda bread (use gluten-free if required)

1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

1. Toast the bread.
2. Spread the peanut butter and put the chopped banana on top.
3. Sprinkle with chia seeds
