40g porridge oats*
90g fat-free yoghurt**
1 egg
Use gluten-free if required*
Use lactose-free if required**
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a cup.
Mix well.
Microwave for 2 mins
Tip out onto a plate and serve with yoghurt and fruit.
