Porridge in a Cup

Ingredients
  • 40g porridge oats*
  • 90g fat-free yoghurt**
  • 1 egg

Use gluten-free if required*

Use lactose-free if required**

 

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cup.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Microwave for 2 mins
  4. Tip out onto a plate and serve with yoghurt and fruit.
